Age-specific brain mapping: Advances in automated atlas-based data analysis

Abstract
The symposium will present novel resources for automated integration and analysis of experimental image data from mouse and rat brains using 3D and 4D brain reference atlases and machine-learning image analysis tools. The lectures will explain workflows and demonstrate practical use and potential in context of regionwise quantitative mapping of immunolabeled cell densities and other markers of neural structure and function across mouse and rat brains at different ages.
