• The poster board size is 96 cm wide and 138 cm high. Please create your poster so that it fits this poster board size (A0 portrait format is highly preferable).

• Indicate the date of your presentation and your abstract ID number in the upper right corner. Your abstract ID is the last 3 or 4 numbers in your abstract reference number (XXX in ABS-FRM-2025-00XXX). Please mark the poster presenter's name. Include your contact information on the poster for people to reach you for further discussion.

• Please note that FRM2025 Organising Secretariat cannot provide printing services to participants. Please make sure to print your poster in advance or arrange printing in Oslo according to your own judgement.

• Posters should be mounted between 8:00 and 08:30 AM. Posters can be affixed by double-sided adhesive tape or pins. During the mounting periods, assistance, pins, and tape may be obtained from the PosterHelp desk in the poster area (University of Oslo, Blindern campus, Moltke Moes vei 35, Vilhelm Bjerknes' hus, 1st floor).

• Material from the day sessions must be removed imperatively by 6:00 PM at the latest on the same day. Please respect this removal deadline so that the boards are clear to enable the next poster session presenters to mount their material in the morning of the next day. If posters are not removed in a timely manner, they will be removed by volunteers and recycled after each poster session.
