Register to attend FRM2025 in Oslo

The FENS Regional Meeting organising committee welcomes the registration for the FRM2025 meeting in Oslo.

Please note that in order to complete the registration, you will be asked to pay the registration fee via ePay. Details on registration fees can be found below.

Submission of the registration form and registration fee payment is required to complete the abstract submission.

Early registration price is available from the registration opening until 2 March.

The late registration price is available from 3 March until the conference on 16 June.

  • Students FENS members: 193€

  • Students non-members: 220€

  • FRM2025 speakers and chairs: 217€

  • Regular participants FENS members: 435€

  • Regular participants non-members: 473€

  • Participants from low and lower-middle income countries: 110€

Late registration

  • Students FENS members: 313€

  • Students non-members: 375€

Please note that the prices above are provided in Euro (€), but the payment will be conducted in Norwegian krone (NOK). Thus, the prices listed above in EUR may be slightly adjusted due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.

Required travel documents

If you require visa to travel to Norway from your country, please check requirements for the visitor visa at the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI).

Cancellation policy

Attendees can cancel their registration at any time, to the following conditions:

  • 100% refund of the paid registration fee up to the early registration deadline, March 2. No refunds after this date.

  • After deadline for early registration, cancellation of registration is possible only in case a submitted abstract is rejected. If the abstract is rejected and upon notification of the participant, the paid registration fee will be refunded. If the first author of an abstract cancels the registration, the abstract will not be included in the scientific programme.

  • Additional items such as social events are non-refundable.
