What to see in Oslo

Vigeland Sculpture Park
Sculpture park in the Frogner Park with more than 200 sculptures by Gustav Vigeland. Vigeland was also responsible for the design and architectural outline of the park, which is one of Norway's top tourist attractions, with more than one million annual visitors.
Vigeland Sculpture Park, The Vigeland Museum, Museum of Oslo, and Frogner Manor House are all inside the Frogner Park.

IBSEN Museum & Teater
Experience the new exhibition about Ibsen's plays, and see the magnificent theater stage.
One of the highlights is Ibsen's beautiful flat. The flat is restored with the original furniture and with the original colours and decor. See Ibsen's flat as it was when the great playwright himself lived there.

The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet
Award-winning, iconic building that houses the Norwegian National Ballet, the Opera Orchestra and the Ballet School.
The Opera house is within walking distance of the MUNCH museum and Bjørvika neighborhood.

Sognsvann lake
The Sognsvann lake is one of the most accessible entry points to the surrounding forest of Oslo.
The 3,2-kilometre walking/running path around the lake is lit and wheelchair-friendly.If you want to embark on a slightly longer hike, that is still a beginner-friendly walk from Sognsvann to either Ullevålseter sportsstue (4,6 km walk one way) or Skjennungstua (5 km walk one way) .

MUNCH Museum
Experience the world's largest collection of Edvard Munch paintings in 13 floors!
The museum is located in the neighborhood of Bjørvika which is worth a visit in and of it self. Just east of the city center, a new Oslo neighborhood has emerged from the fjord. Once a busy container port and highway junction, Bjørvika has transformed, with the motorway now underground, the containers gone, and the waterfront revitalized.

Holmenkollen
Holmenkollen National Ski Arena lets you explore different aspects of Norwegian ski culture and enjoy the fabulous views over Oslo from the jump tower.
The area surrounding Holmenkollen also has a few smaller attractions, among them the Holmenkollen Chapel, Emanuel Vigeland Museum and the Rose Castle.
